"Where Will I Find What I Seek"

Hannah, Chloe, and Sarah were in a drama for The Daniel Academy today. It was written and directed by Faith Wiles. She's their very talented drama teacher. The play was made up of several scenes through the present time all the way back to the early church, every scene ending in the question "Where will I find what I seek?" Of course, they find the answer in the end. Chloe playing a pioneer child.
Incorporated between the scenes were dances. That's Hannah in the middle and Sarah on her face in front.
I will put a video on facebook of the dancers.

We Did It

We made it through the weekend. Saturday we were at the theatre from 10 to 10 for the girl's ballet. The girls didn't mind, they loved every minute of their involvement. Our only catastrophe was Sophie's ballet shoes got misplaced or mistakenly taken home by someone else. We found a pair that weren't hers and were not claimed but the toe was blown out from the little girls playing on a carpeted floor all day. Another little girl had her toe blow out also and her husband went and bought a new pair. So we had Sophie wear a good shoe from each set, the only problem.....they were each a different size.
"First Born From the Dead" was spectacular. It was filled with drama, good music, good choreography, great story line. It was the story of Christ starting in heaven before the throne of God.Hannah is on the floor with the scarf on the right, she's part of the Emerald Rainbow around the throne.
Sarah is an angel.Hannah is leading this group.Sarah is a tree in the garden of Gethsemane.

Rachel is on the right side.Rachel listening to Jesus.

There are rumors of an encore performance of this show. It was so amazing and powerful. All the girls did a wonderful job. We're so proud of them.

Next Weekend is the Big Event

I will be sure to have pictures and video of this event. All 5 of our girls dance in this production for Dramatic Truth. I am so excited to see this on stage. The production is in 2 parts. Part 1 is the life of Christ, that's the part our kids are in. It's done to contemporary Christan music, much of it is from IHOP. The choreography is very well done. Part 2, Sleeping Beauty (The Bride of Christ) is done by the Dramatic Truth Dance Company. I can't wait to see this. More to come.......
