Today we visiting Ireland in our Children Around the World celebration. Our dinner was Irish stew, made with lamb, potato cakes, and soda bread. After lunch the kids enjoyed a game of "Hot Potato", thankfully no one was hurt throwing the tuber around the livingroom, and watched some "Riverdance". 
For some time now we've been wanting to go to a local park called Cave Spring. This park was known for being on the Santa Fe Trail. We didn't find any leprechauns or pots of gold but they did have many hiking trails and an old covered wagon.
They were trying to look like serious, weary frontier settlers......I didn't know pioneers had Ray-Bans. That must be the GQ pioneer.
